My Personal Training targets mamas-to-be, and new and seasoned moms. As well as women experiencing changes in perimenopuase and menopause.
I will not coaching you to 'get your body back'. You will be strengthening and exercising so that you can thrive in your life with your baby or children.
You will be strength training to build bone density, and doing mobility work to help you move with ease.
You will be strengthening your heart with conditioning exercises.
I come to you and keep you accountable. Train in the comfort of your own home or outdoors in a park of your choice. We work together to get you to a place where you want to be. You receive a tailored exercise program designed specifically designed for you in whatever stage of life you’re going throughl

Pre/Postnatal and Menopause Transition Fitness are my speciaIties. I can take the guess work out of it. We will evaluate where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.
Some things you can expect with our training:
You will be guided through your athletic chapters of your pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause and menopause.
You will strengthen your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy and after your baby is born.
You will understand the risk and rewards regarding certain exercises and make informed decisions.
You will work to heal potential symptoms and conditions associated with your pelvic floor and diastasis recti.
You will be referred to a strong network of professionals such as pelvic floor physiotherapy, women's health chiropractors, and mental health therapists.
We will take into consideration the physical, mental and emotional aspects that impact this chapter of your life.
You will build a strategy for a safe pregnancy and to return to the exercises you love, postpartum.
You will learn ways to build mobility work into your daily life, so you can move with greater ease.
You will be guided with effective exercises to build bone density and muscle.
