My 1 on 1 Custom Remote Coaching targets mamas-to-be, and new and seasoned moms. As well as women experiencing changes in perimenopause and menopause. Whatever stage you’re in, we can work together.

I keep you accountable. Train in the comfort of your own home with me as your guide. We work together to get you to a place where you want to be.

Through video calls, personalized workout plans, and regular check ins, I can guide you through exercises, provide feedback on form, and help you stay motivated.

Are you pregnant?

Working with a prenatal fitness trainer can be a game changer during your pregnancy journey. I can provide you with safe and effective exercises tailored to your stage of pregnancy, how you’re feeling and your goals. Pregnancy can come with its fair share of aches and pains - I can help you with common discomforts like back and pelvic pain and muscle tension.

Prepare for labour! Exercise can help strengthen your body, but we can also work together to help prepare your body for labour.

Are you postpartum?

Working with a postnatal fitness coach can be incredibly beneficial as you navigate this journey of motherhood. I understand the unique needs and considerations of new moms. Pregnancy and childbirth can take a toll on your body. I can help you build strength and confidence as you ease back into fitness.

Diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic floor issues? I can guide you through exercises that target these areas, promoting healing and restoring function.

Are you in peri-menopause or menopause?

Peri-menopause and menopause can bring about hormonal changes that affect your body and overall well-being. Working with someone who understands these changes and is experiencing them now can help you through this challenging time.

Hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, weight gain - all issues that many women struggle with. We will work on specific strategies to support you in this menopause transition.

As estrogen levels decline during menopause, we need to strength train to build muscle and bone density. Working on strength, balance and mobility will help you keep moving into the future.

No matter what stage of pregnancy, postpartum or peri-menopause/menopause you’re in, we can work together to get you to a place you want to be.

Here are some things you can expect with this training…

  • You will be guided through your athletic chapters of your pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause and menopause.

  • You will strengthen your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy and after your baby is born.

  • You will understand the risk and rewards regarding certain exercises and make informed decisions.

  • You will work to heal potential symptoms and conditions associated with your pelvic floor and diastasis recti.

  • You will be referred to a strong network of professionals such as pelvic floor physiotherapy, women's health chiropractors, and mental health therapists.

  • We will take into consideration the physical, mental and emotional aspects that impact this chapter of your life.

  • You will build a strategy for a safe pregnancy and to return to the exercises you love, postpartum.

  • You will learn ways to build mobility work into your daily life, so you can move with greater ease.

  • You will be guided with effective exercises to build bone density and muscle.
