We are a team working towards a common goal.

  • We will be working through a 30 minute full body strength training session with a focus on core and pelvic floor.

  • Mobility and conditioning exercises are included to keep your heart healthy and to help you move with ease.

  • Classes sizes are kept small to ensure safe and effective coaching. Personalized attention and exercise variations are always available. All fitness levels welcome.

  • Dumbbells required for all classes and recordings available if you are unable to make the live class.

  • Workout from comfort of your own home with a group of supportive women. Register below to confirm your spot.
