As a Menopause Coaching Specialist, I help you navigate the changes during peri-menopause and the menopause transition. I provide guidance, support and strategies to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.. 

I help women gain strength, build confidence and get back to doing what they love.

Hello. I'm Maria Schuba...

...a Certified Personal Trainer, a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and a Menopause Coaching Specialist.

I'm mom to 2 teens and we like to adventure and keep active. I'm an avid skier, hiker, gym-goer, fitness instructor and lover of the outdoors.

I've been training and instructing fitness classes for women since 2011. Six years ago, I became certified as a pre and postnatal fitness specialist and a pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach - a niche and focus I am very passionate of.  

And now in my 50’s, I have been diving into all things about the menopause transition. Strength training, mobility and conditioning are key no matter what stage of life you’re in.

Through my classes, in-person training, and custom remote coaching, you will gain confidence and feel strong and functional for every day life.
